Icardi is the perfect striker for Chelsea if they loose Diego Costa, he is hardworking, a leader, a goal machine and has a good work rate for a striker. He is also not the most liked person in Inter so for him to make a move to the Premier League where he could become one of the best strikers in the League.
He is an outspoken guy who only is 24 years old but a captain in the Inter team.

Keita Baldé Diao

Team : Lazio

Chelsea have had a bit of a problem on the right side with Willian and Pedro fighting for that position without making it there own so Keita is a winger that can play on bought sides and is a fast technician which will fit good into Chelsea's counter attack play style.

He is in the good generation of Monaco players that came really far in the Champions League last year and would be a good addition to the Chelsea squad. He would replace Matic but also Chelsea need a bigger squad this year because of CL so he woul fit straight in with Kante in the center of the midfield. He is good in the air and has a nice drive with the ball still lacks a lot of things with his game but Conte can make him into a word-class player in my opinion.

The Leciester player that almost all the big clubs were linked to last season. I think that he would be a good addition to a small Chelsea squad and would give hazard, pedro and Willian a fight to play on the wings and also give them some rotation on the wing. He is a proven PL player and one on one is amazing to look at, can create on his one but also assist others very well.

James Michael Edward Ward-Prowse

Team : Southampton

James is a good PL player that plays for Southampton, even though he might not become the first choice in a strong Chelsea team he would be a great player for them and also he is english (that's a plus) so he would give them more option on the midfield to make Chelsea a bigger and greater squad with all the games they are going to play.
