Hello Steemit community,

You might have seen the cheetah bot come by the comments of some of my posts in the past. The cheetah bot is here to protect the community from plagiarism and to promote original content. I have made the mistake in the past, when I first signed up to Steemit, of using news articles (in good faith) to support some of my financial posts or claims. I have also written blogs for a Dutch (crypto) website in the past and have used those blogs on here without linking them and without really knowing the consequences of that. I advise everyone on Steemit, whether you're new to the platform or not, to use completely original content and if not, to always credit the original author. After getting cheetah bot comments, I have stopped using financial news articles in my blog. I agree that the value of Steemit comes from its originality and everyone should uphold that. I hereby apologize to the community.
