Marry Xmas everybody! I hope everyone hav a great time. Here is a picture of a cheese from Amsterdam: "Edamer". Edamer is also called "moon-cheese" because it has a ball-shape like the moon. The cheese was most popular from 1300-1700. Today is it most popular in North America and Northern Europe. In Norway is Edamer a christmas cheese. I personally really like Edamer. I eat it every christmas.
