✴️ STEEM STRATEGIES #2: GET ON THE STEEMIT "HOT" FEED, IT'S A MUST! 🔥🔥🔥
If people can't see you, how can they upvote you?
When I started Steemit, I was looking for ways to get noticed really fast about the content I was posting... I quickly realized that most people tend to gravitate to content that makes the "Trending" or the "HOT" feed.
I thought to myself, how does one get on those feeds?
So let's start with the "HOT" Feed as the trending feed is almost impossible to get on unless you busted out an epic announcement or wrote an awesome article. 😀
So how does one get on the "HOT" 🔥 feed of Steemit?
The "Hot" feed can make your post stand out from the rest for about 4-5 hours depending on the upvotes you get and how fast.
For Example, my post will probably generate anywhere from $20-$30 within in an hour, that will guarantee me to be in the top 40 or less of the hot feed depending if there were other newer posts that have more upvotes than me.
As time passes, new content is created so depending how they do per hour or how many more upvotes I get later on, my post will be trending higher or lower for up to 5 hours on the "HOT" feed.
More Eyeballs = More Followers = Better Relationships = More Votes! 😜

For beginners, this will be a hard task... if it was easy, everyone would be doing it 🤣
The best way to get upvotes is writing great content, being very consistent, engage with the community every single day until you start building a loyal (doesn't have to be big) following.
There are also other ways to get quick upvotes, you can use services like @discordia, @booster, @randowhale, @minnowbooster, @bellyrub and many more within your first hour of your post, this will get you on the "Hot" feed for a few hours.
However... if you don't get tons of upvotes in the next 4-5 hours yourself from your content or following, it will be buried deep in the "Hot" feed... but at least you're on there!
By getting on the "Hot" Feed consistently everyday, you will get more followers, upvotes, and respect... then something magical happens... people will start seeing you as a "BOSS" on Steeemit 🤣

Yes it is quite essential to be on the hot posts so that you can receive more views and get more followers or upvotes. Most people look at hot posts rather the new ones. Great post once again @stackin
That so true, anytime I go on steemit... I first look at my blog then straight to the hot feed to check out some good posts :)

It is but well worth it, the key is being on it every time you post but it will take some time.

Getting on Hot is a big game changer it seriously opens you up to more followers and more votes as a higher payout draws in more to try and get those curation rewards. Invest some money in whaleshare, beyond bit etc and it really adds up but will cost you money. But just like any business you need to invest in time and money to build your income.
Totally, being consistent on the feed brings lots of followers everyday :)

I used them twice so far, it's an automatic bot, you have to buy bitshares (you can use steem, btc anything really.) on Openledger then with the Bts, buy Whaleshares on the market, then follow the instructions here, http://whaleshares.net
its not 100% cost effective like @randowhale but I used it on a posts and got many more views therefore votes.
One of my posts made the 'hot' section yesterday. First time. Didn't happen today... But that was a blast and I look forward to repeating that stunt :D
One of these days, we will make it on the EPIC "TRENDING" FEED. I think I was on it for a few minutes with one of my Jeff Berwick pics lol
