Wikipedia: "A person or thing that achieves desired aims or attains prosperity" ... The accomplishment of an aim or purpose".
Success is not all the things that you have like Money, Mansions, Cars, Money, or (even how many girls you sleep with 🤣)... even though those things are part of our lives. 💸 🏎 👯 🏠
For me, Success is who you become in life and creating the "Best Version" of yourself... Every Single day when we wake up, we must become better than yesterday. 🙌🏼🙌🏼
All I can say is DON'T WAIT" to start living like this. As a matter of fact, Start RIGHT NOW because continuously living not improving yourself will only result in a boring and frustrated life. 😞
So how do you achieve this so called Success? Well, you have to make "Success Your Duty" and no one in your life is going to give it to you... Only YOU CAN! 😎
Many may not agree with me on this but I'm ok with that, if we all move forward and strive for our goals of bettering ourselves... we all can start living a happier life. 💜💛💖

To me, success is relative... depends on the attitude of a person towards his / her life. I saw an ad growing up that has left an impression in my mind... a man was sitting on top of the cliff every evening having a drink. One of his hard working friend envied his lethargic and unambitious life style. One day he asked him - why are you wasting your life sitting on the cliff admiring nature and not working and making money when you have all this time in the world! The other guys questioned back - what's the objective is working hard and making money. The friend replied - obviously to be happy! To this - the guy sitting on the cliff replied - what else do you think I am doing now? .. morale of the story - people get so absorbed in the journey to achieve success that we forget the end goal in mind.

I totally agree with this post. I feel like the idea of success changes as you change. Being a teacher you do not get paid more for being more successful than other teachers. I make as much as the greatest teacher and as much as the worst teacher, so my measure of success is based on reaching personal goals with my students and my quest for knowledge. I love my job though so the financial aspects do not matter. I make enough to support my family and live a nice life.
Just recently I've been learning about passive income and I feel like even in that department my measure of success will be more than financial based. Learning new skills that I can teach to my students from these endeavors becomes a part of the success factor. Even on Steemit, I'm learning new things and overcoming obstacles. I spent all day yesterday writing posts and trying out new things on Steemit. I even wrote a post about it.

My post didn't really get much traction but it summed up all the things I learned yesterday and I felt like yesterday was a success even though I don't see much of a financial gain from anything I did.
I think success is achieving personal goals and then building off of those goals, which is basically what you said above. Great post btw!

Success? Could be so many different things . . . mine have changed many times over the years. Being happy in everything I do, laughing ALL the time, loving the people who love me (forgetting those who don't). My goals are to not have to go to work, a job. I would love to wake up on a sailboat or beach or someplace I really want to be (wherever that takes me on this planet) and do this! Post helpful information about being healthy, living healthy, how to become healthy and ONLY naturally. I've changed so much over the last 5 weeks that I'm literally bursting at the seems to help others do the same. My physical body, my mental mind, my whole and complete outlook are different . . . better, the best possible!

I have to agree, most people don't have any goals at all. They need to set some up everyday :)
To me money and montary things is a byproduct of your success. Success is becoming more or better than yesterday, adapting to changes, giving and also supporting others who resonate with you. It intrinsic. Just because you have money doesn't make you successful, just buy a lottery ticket and win and see what happens for the most part. Being successful is where you start to where you end up and keep going. Just my two cents what success means.
