✴️ DO YOU TAKE NOOTROPICS? YEAH, I TAKE BRAIN PILLS! 🤯
"Once you learn to clear your mind, big things tend to happen" ~ Charles Fuchs.
What's Up STACKERS!
Charles, are you insane? We'll sometimes 🤣. For many years (about 10), I've been taking supplements called Nootropics, in other words... Brain Food! 👨🏼🎓
So what are Nootropics? They are known as smart drugs and cognitive enhancers, are drugs, supplements, and other substances that improve cognitive function like memory, creativity, thinking and motivation.
Yes, even Coffee and Nicotine are considered a Nootropics... I tend to have about 3 cups of it a day, on ice of course. ☕
There are may forms of Nootropics but I like to keep it in natural form as possible. So I decided to test this brand out for months called "Smarter Vitamins".
Studies have shown that if you stack Alpha-GPC, Bacopa, and 5-HTP all together... it can help with mental functions.
Many will say it's just a fairly tale or a placebo effect. However, I've been using myself as a guinea pig for many years and in my opinion, it does work!
Don't get me wrong, it's not a magic pill or anything like that. It's not going to make you into a rocket scientist but when I take these types of supplements... my memory and thinking is so much clearer than without them.
So do you guys take Nootropics? Have you ever heard of them before? I recommend that everyone do some research on them and you can thank me later 😜

Beautiful .. Interesting
You have the right that these supplements have a good feeling, but I am afraid of their unnatural effects
We must be careful and consultation with the doctor is necessary
Thanks for sharing
Is that the 10X Rule? How was that book?
You know me, the 10x rule book is one of the best books ever created 🤑 🤩
Excuse the noobie but this tickled my fancy. I have used and tried almost anything to enhance ny quality of life and most of what has been successful did not come from Big Pharma. One exception is Modafinil (Provigil) a more natural and safer nootropic, certainly in comparison to Aderall, with no ephedrine or stimulants. Sharpness of thought and the overwhelming desire to keep doing things, anything. Study, housework, excercise and even cut the grass with the feeling that you want to do them all at the same time 😳 The beauty is addiction isn’t usually an issue as its more of a ‘use when needed’ type of drug. There are better nootropic style ‘meds’ out there that do more than just boost celeberal and cognitive abilities but that’s another story.
Thanks for the topic

Yeah, seen this around. I like to take more of a natural way of doing nootropics 😎
I take vitamin b12 and eat salmon at least once a week. That seems to help improve brain function.
your idea is new and impressive, as we don't think about that like nootropics.
I took some magic mushrooms years ago :-) was also a boost :-D
Actually I am fine with my workout.
Changed my life when I took some 20 years ago 😅
I took some Nerium supplements for my tiny brains, but that stuff is prrrrrrrrrrrrrrricey! :O
Those are pricy, I got my "Smarter" pack on Amazon fort $80. Should last me 3 months 😬
See, you didn't need smarty pills before becoming a smart shopper - haha -
I put coconut oil in my coffee, try to get 3 Tbl a day on board and I find it helps with cognitive function but I am going to give your recipe a try. I have heard good things about all three ingredients, even tried to grow bacopa once!
Seriously, I have not heard that people in their normal state of mind do take brain pills. I taught is only people that are mentally ill do take it not until now. Thanks for that vital information.
I think most of today’s society is mentally ill 😂

What is a "normal state of mind"? One might feel OK, but that doesn't mean that one can't feel even better through improving one's own metabolism. I have a friend who used to be constantly worried, before he tried 5-HTP, a natural serotonine precursor. Shortly after discovering it, he was all like "Gosh, I used to have generalized anxiety disorder!" (which is not entirely accurate due to the diagnostic criteria - but where does disease begin and where does health stop?)
I drink caffeine and green tea, take my omega 3 and my daily multivitamin, i sometimes take supplements like l-carnitine and creatine which have been proven to help in the thinking department, i eat curcumin and black pepper which have, supposedly, a neurogenesis effect... my brain is indeed clearer then it was some years ago, after damaging it with huge amounts of alcohol i think my brain deserves as much fuel as he can get!
