What up STACKERS!

I'm such a guinea pig these days. I love experiencing with new foods and/or supplements that can help me improve my life. 💁🏼‍♂️

Let me get this straight, I'm not a Vegan at all 🤣 ... I remember trying that "Vegan Lifestyle" many years ago for about 2 months but it wasn't for me.

There were tons of benefits being vegan but as a guy who lifts weight at times, I felt pretty weak (in strength) when not consuming meat products.

However, I learned a lot when trying the vegan lifestyle. I experienced that I don't have to eat that much meat anymore, just little amounts a day to keep my strength.

I've been supplementing vegan proteins for over 6+ years and I feel 10x better when doing this. It just keeps everything in balance is key.

This tasted amazing. It has the right amount of protein from hemp, rice and pea protein for that "complete protein" to maintain muscle mass.

Who knows... maybe when I stop lifting weights as I get older, I may just become 100% vegan in the future. 😉

What are your thoughts of Vegan Proteins? I think it's a good way to replace some of the meat consumption that people do in one's life to get much healthier.

i'm a big fan of sunnwarrior's fermented rice protein. ;)

I use to buy that stuff! Sun warriors are high quality, it’s expensive though 😂

I hear so many good then bad reports on all of the protein powder's. Do you think that there is a benefit to the vegan versus the whey?
I use Body Fortress Whey protein now, 60g protein, but I cut the amount in 1/2 so I get 30g. Just trying to keep what I have ......

My opinion really doesn’t matter, what do I know 😂... do a little research I. It and test it out if one is willing. It’s works for most but not some 😀

It sounds interesting, I may give it a try..... I work hard, and hike a lot I'm just trying to maintain ....I burn a lot of calories....

I really believe the vegan deitbis the healthiest. I prefer it, don’t commit to it, and believe eventually I will.

I’m willing to go half way... I do like steak at times 😏😂

Some vegan proteins taste super good, but there are some awful ones as well... I haven't tried that many different brands but my current favorite is MyVegies, it tastes great! Vegan proteins are great not only for vegans but also for everyone who has digestive issues with whey! :)

Hello @stackin. Nice to meet you. this is my first time visiting your blog. and introduce me @aulia1993 from Indonesia.

today you are talking about the protein that you previously got from meat, and you change it by getting from vegan.

In my opinion, getting protein from vegan is good enough to consume. because the protein content is also quite high. indeed the protein content in meat is higher compared to vegan. but meat has a lot of fat in it. I myself do not like to consume meat to get protein.

I myself like to consume soybean juice to get protein. I bought it at the tofu and tempeh manufacturing plant. because the price is cheaper. and I also mix it with milk so that the taste isn't bitter anymore.

Besides that, I get protein from egg white. I bought it from a herbalist. because many in Indonesia do not know that the content of egg white is very high. they buy herbs by mixing eggs and separating egg white. I like to consume protein because I want to shape my muscles. I really like doing sports by lifting heavy loads.

if I may add, actually the benefits of protein are not just forming muscles. but there are many other benefits. such as repairing damaged skin cells, thus preventing premature aging. and has good fat content, namely HDL fat. thus preventing the occurrence of coronary heart disease, and stroke.
