I grab alot of senses in this post, the best way to keep this community growing is by not expecting much from the community but rather be ready to give more to the community. If our focus is based on what the community will do for us or what it will give us, we might not be part of those that are committed to community driven. What i always believe is that When we make good happened to orders, the same way good things must also be made happen to us.

Start getting involved in the community... post, comment, engage, upvote, help people, do contest and giveaways, make things fun, teach people, new ideas, motivate, inspire, participate etc... etc... anything you can do to make Steemit a much better than it was yesterday
