He Finally Came!.

No, it wasn't a mistake. I declined payment to this because i already mentioned about this "One Meal A Day" two days ago; [Here] and this is just an update to that post. It's about keeping you all aware of the latest development.

From the last post up there, i talked about the food items gotten for two old men due to their limited capacities and the mouth they had to feed, but only one of them came around to pick his food items. Today, the other old man came around, and i am super excited. He couldn't stop praying, and that is more than enough for me.

I have wonderful people at my place of work; @princefm and @opeyemioguns. They gave their support to making sure the item were safe because it's exactly a week since i got them and they are always on the look out for him for me. @opeyemioguns even helped the old man carry the food items across the express with Mr. Tayo (whom i have been trying to register on Steemit but the registration just wouldn't go through). They both followed him across the express and Mr. Tayo followed him home so as to make his movement easier. The old man got his 1,000 naira (local currency), and he was close to tears. I actually begged him not to do that. He felt unworthy like he said, but i told him nobody is, that is why we call it GRACE/FAVOUR.

Mr. Tayo recounted how the wife rushed out of the house when they both dropped from the bike, how the place was a bit of a distance and how the wife said she has warned him to stop walking such a long distance. Well, i can now say the effort the man made in persistently coming, has paid off. Neighbours came close to say a massive thank you to Mr. Tayo for assisting and the food items. Today, my joy knows no bound! That is all i ever wanted; seeing him get excited over this, so much he couldn't contain it. The old man almost prostrated, i had to stop him from that, what?!?. That melted my heart to see how much it means to him.

What comes from the heart indeed and truly touches the heart.

I told him to stay at home and have enough rest because i asked him why he hasn't showed up for over a week and he said he was down. Told him to eat any of his choicest food and stay indoor for a while.

Today is a good day for me and tomorrow promises to even be exciting.
