Introduction

One of the major objectives of @humanheart is to let people know about Steem through charity, this post will explain how @humanheart plans on distributing all the money that it gets for charity, where will the funds come from and which type of projects will @humanheart be supporting.

Where will funds come from?

@humanheart will receive funds from:

Posts & Comments Rewards

All the rewards from @humanheart's posts and comments will go to charity unless it is specifically written in the post/comment where will the rewards go, all rewards will be used in the following ways:

Liquid Rewards

Liquid Rewards gotten from posts & comments will be used in donations, those donations will be made to the charity projects selected.

Vests/SP Rewards

These rewards gotten from posts & comments are not liquid meaning they require 13 weeks in order to be liquid, that's why those non-liquid rewards will be used to donate with upvotes and delegations.

Witness earnings

Witnesses get paid to produce blocks, depending on the ranking of the witnesses that witness gets more blocks the higher its ranking. Top 20 witnesses get 1 block every 63 seconds and an estimated reward of slightly less than 0.2 Sp per block and every 63 seconds one witness of the remaining existing witnesses gets a block with an estimated reward of slighlty less than 1 Sp per block.

At least 50% of the rewards from the witness earnings will go to charity, witness earnings come in the form of VESTS/SP (non-liquid).
The @humanheart account will only power down if the charity fund for donations is getting short or if there is a payment for the witness server that needs to be done urgently.

Those VESTS will be used to donate in the form of upvotes and delegations.

Distribution of the charity fund & type of projects @humanheart will be supporting

There are a couple of things that a charity project needs to have in order to receive donations from @humanheart:

A project with clear charity purposes

It needs to have proof of where the money is going

It needs to have a budget that indicates where future donations will go to

Types of Donations

Small Donation

These donations are usually between 1-5$ and serve as a way to connect with the charity project, if that money is used in the proper way that project will be able to receive larger donations.

Medium Donation

These donations are usually between 5-30$ and are donations made to projects which have already proven themselves and are using the money in a proper way.

Large Donation

This is a special donation of +30$ which is for those projects which need a higher amount of money in order to accomplish their goals and gather all the requisites for getting such donation.

Conclusion

The objective of @humanheart is to make the most out of the money gathered for donations, that is why we try to reach as many projects as possible and give donations proportionate to the goals of the project.
