Thank you for the application. Just to confirm, the grant in January is only US$50 as we started part way through the month. It will move up to $100 for February.
Let me know if you want to keep your proposal in for January, or whether you would like to hold it over into February to have a chance for the full $100 grant.
Thank you for that clarification! In truth every dollar helps and we have already invested thousands, but we're spread very thin at this point. The purchase of the trees is planned for late February or early March, depending on the weather. So I guess it will be okay to wait another month, even if that means a lesser chance of getting a "Back to the land Grant", as I'd like to call it. OTOH, if you don't get a suitable proposal this month, I'm okay with participating for January just to start the grant series on the right foot and set the pace, so to speak!
And another thing, will I be prohibited from participating in the future grant runs? IMHO it would be great to have a lasting commitment to a project, if that aligns with your idea for the grants.
