On the morning of January 12th,
"Police-to-people train -- Jing'an District" posted a "Police intelligence notice" on its microblog
It details a serious beating that took place at 4am on January 11 in front of a business building in Jing'an District
Four men were taken away according to the law. Two were sentenced to administrative detention for 7 days and fined 500 yuan. The other two participants were sentenced to administrative detention for 5 days and fined 500 yuan.
