Sugar in its properties is a real simulator. When there is an increase in the level of sugar in the blood, a person feels a rush of activity, he has a state of mild excitement.
Remember that dependence on sugar is as strong as from drugs, cigarettes and alcohol! It is important to remember that the human organ of sugar is not needed, there is no need for it.
The absence of sweet is not torture, but the salvation of one's body!
From sugar, the skin becomes flabby, pimples and wrinkles appear.
Sugar and alcohol make us fat and old. Let's say Stop our dependencies!

Burpee (min. 15)
Begin in a standing position.
Move into a squat position with your hands on the ground.
Kick your feet back into a plank position, while keeping your arms extended.
Immediately return your feet into squat position.
Stand up from the squat position.
