My first ever video,The life of My Chocolate Lab Sam,Miss you forever

Hi All my name is Trav,and i would like to introduce myself, and share something that is very personal in my life with you all .the loss of my dog and best friend Sam. I found the following poem that i would like to share with you and is exactly how I feel/felt. I have never made a video before but found it away of expressing my feeling and happiness of his life and my loss. Sam was my first dog, and the day I got my Little chocolate Sambo Mambo it changed my life forever, we were attached at the hip for 9 whole years 24 hours a day 7 days a week, he had a passport and travel all over with me. I Hope you all enjoy the video and poem.

The Dog’s Prayer
If it should be that I grew weak
And pain should keep me from my sleep
Then you must do what must be done,
For this last battle cannot be won.
You will be sad, I understand;
Don’t let your grief then stay your hand and
For this day more than all the rest
Your love for me must stand the test.
We’ve had so many happy years
What is to come can hold no fears,
You’d not want me to suffer so,
The time has come, please let me go.
Take me where my need they’ll tend
And please stay with me until the end,
Hold me firm and speak to me
Until my eyes no longer see.
I know in time you will see,
The kindness that you did for me
Although my tail it’s last has waived,
From pain and suffering I’ve been saved.
Please do not grieve, it must be you
Who has this painful thing to do,
We’ve been so close, we two, these years,
Don’t let your heart hold back its tears.
