Is America having its political civil war?

Before Trump's inauguration, many Trump's supporters think that he is going to "make America great again". However, since the beginning oc his presidential period, there are lots of political issues, firing the CIA's boss, suspected interest with the Russia and so on. It seems that Trump's political enemy does not want to let Trump go.
With the internal political unrest in America, there are still threate fom the outside like the North Korea missile crisis.
With such obstacles faced by the implementation of Trump's policies, will thus political we spread to other areas like the FED and other financial officials, we still don't know yet
