DELICIOSO Y CREMOSO FLAN (QUESILLO)
FÁCIL RECETA
Ingredientes:
5 Huevos
1 Lata de Leche Evaporado de 315g
1 Lata de Leche Condensada de 405g
1 Taza de leche de coco (OPCIONAL)
1/8 Cucharadita de sal
1 ½ Cucharaditas de vainilla
Para el caramelo:
¼ Taza de agua
1 Taza de azúcar
Preparación:
1- Prepara un caramelo con el agua y el azúcar y acaramelar un molde, reserva.
2- Aparte, licúa el resto de los ingredientes, vierte en el molde acaramelado, tapa con papel de aluminio, coloca en baño de maría y lleva al horno precalentado 350o F por 1 hora y 20 minutos o hasta que al introducir un palillo este salga limpio. Retira del horno, deja refrescar, desmolda lleva a nevera y sirve frío.
Rinde: 12 porciones.
Tiempo de preparación: 1 hora y 30 minutos.
