Although small, the Yorkshire has the characteristics of courage and tenacity of the terrier. The Yorkshire readily admits all kinds of people. He is active, overprotective, loves to be the center of attention, and will not show the gentle temperament that is seen in lap dogs (which is a consequence of his independent nature to work without human help when he was raised to hunt rodents). It is an easy breed to train, as long as the owner is constant. Like any dog, it needs exercise in relation to its capacity and physical fitness.

Bonni, is 4 years old, four years that have enlivened my life, faithful companion, always attentive to my arrival to receive me with love and great impetuosity of habit, many times coming to urinate of the emotion to see me, always happy and glad of the human company, expressing it on the outside with a lick, a bark or jumping around me. It's amazing how an animal can often express more affection and affection than a human being, eh even see my little Bonni's exteriorized behavior, it makes me reflect, rethink the aptitudes of life, reconfigure even the thought of the human, it is say; Can a dog be more human than a human? The question seems contradictory, however, reviewing the history, much of the war, social and political conflicts, among others, have been due to intolerance, not accepting one another, not understanding the reality of the other, for lack of otherness. In this sense I would like to share the anecdote of Emmanuel Lévinas, an important philosopher and writer.
