Ingredients:
- 250 gr of flour
- 25 gr of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 spoon of vanilla.
- 500 gr sweet milk
Steps
1-.In a bowl place the eggs, with an electric mixer whisk until they are with a spongy and a little white consistency.
2-. Then add the sugar in two parts until you do not feel lumps.
3-. Finally add the vanilla and flour in several parts and beat slowly until it is a completely homogeneous mass.
4-. Spread a rectangular tray with flour and flour. Pre-heat the oven to 180 °.
5-. Place the mixture in the tray and spread evenly that has a thickness of approximately 1 centimeter.
6- Take to the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, when ready let stand one minute.
7- Spread the dulce de leche all over the surface evenly roll it carefully and you will be ready.
Place it carefully in a container that you like and you will be ready to eat, with that amount of ingredients you can easily leave 12 portions. You can add nuts to the dough if it's your taste.
