Teaching experiences/Experiencias de un maestro

There are a lot of things that a teacher needs to learn,and it could be the time which help to understand that.Now, I want to share a personal experience with young learners because I think they are more difficult for following a discipline.

One year ago,I was doing my practice teaching I and I worked with kids and adults. So, I learned the way to catch their attention and how they feel confortable for learning. However,my practice changed in the second semester. So,I tought to teenegers.

It was a little bit difficult the first days,but something occured. I was sure about the behavior of boys, which was very exciting,but the behavior of the girls was a surprise for me. Although all these circunstances were very strange,I understood one thing. It is necessary trying to listen to them,but it could be possible just giving phrases of overcoming.

What they need is someone for listening to their problems and they must have a moment for reflect about their lives.

Los maestros siempre tienen muchas cosas que aprender, por lo cual el tiempo es el mejor amigo para encargarse de eso. Por lo tanto,quiero compartirles una experiencia personal que tuve al trabajar con jóvenes porque ellos no entienden la palabra 'disciplina'.

Hace un año estuve haciendo mis prácticas docentes con niños y adultos y aprendí muchas cosas sobre como enseñar en ese rango de edad. Pero la segunda práctuca fue diferente porque la hice con adolescentes.

Yo sabía como se comportaban los niños,quienes siempre molestan bastante,pero para mi sorpresa con las niñas fue diferente. Lo único que me quedó fue aprender de esa nueva experiencia,y entendi que necesitan ser escuchados y las frases de superación los anima.

Lo que buscan es que alguien preste atención a sus problemas y tener un espacio para poder reflexionar sobre su vida.
