Hello community of Steemit, today I come to share some tips to start and progress as a musician, advice I want to give to all those who want to delve into this world as big as the music is. So, let's get started.

1.-Training.
It is known that there are individuals who are born with a natural gift for music but in spite of that you always need a guide to form them and lead them on the right path, either in an institution or tutorials on some Web page , it is extremely important to have someone who can guide and correct us in our training as a musician.

2.-Practice.
I know it sounds obvious but it is the pure truth, practice makes the teacher and the more you practice easier l becomes everything, no matter how simple the piece you want to play, do not practice until it goes well, practice until it can go wrong.

3.-Listen.
A good exercise to develop the musical ear is to listen to a lot of music and learn from others. Music of all times and styles. Not only classical, cultured or conservatory, yes, but also jazz, rock, pop, salsa, traditional music of the 5 continents, in this way we will naturally assume that called musicality. The more music and the more varied we listen, our musical panorama will be more open

4.-Musical reading.
Ok, the truth, this is not something of life or death but if it is something very important for any musician because the learning to read any score is what identifies us as born musicians, it is painful to attend an essay and not understand the musical language that are presented Ta in a score

5.-Passion.
This is something that I really would have liked someone to tell me this when I started, at first I played the guitar because it was what my parents wanted and I was frustrated because I played because they but not for me and there is the error , do not touch by other people, you play for yourself, because you love to make music, because you like the instrument, you practice what you like to grow as a musician because, if you play by obligation never advance and end up hating the instrument.

6.-Perseverance.
Learning to play an instrument is not achieved in 2 weeks, much less being a musician, everything is achieved with continuous practice, every day spend at least 2 hours to your instrument and if you feel frustrated by some piece that told you to learn, try to learn something that you Like it, so be a soundtrack of some video game or movie because they help a lot.
