Un desayuno saludable, delicioso y muy nutritivo!
Muy buenas mis apreciados lectores, ¿Cómo están? Espero que muy bien, que Dios les bendiga.
El día de hoy me complace compartirles uno de mis desayunos favoritos, no sólo porque es muy rico, sino porque es muy nutritivo y saludable, perfecto para ese "día libre" que tiene cada régimen dietetico.

Esta sencilla receta consta de 4 ingredientes que puedes conseguir muy fácilmente, sin embargo, si lo quieres aún más saludable quizá te resulte un poco más difícil.
Necesitaras lo siguiente:
- Pan Integral
- Mantequilla de Maní (Crema de maní)
- Chocolate oscuro (73-80% cacao) opcional
- Bananos/cambures
Lo primero que debes hacer es tomar dos rodajas de pan integral y ponerlas a tostar.
Mientras el pan se tuesta, derrite unos 2 o 3 cuadritos de chocolate oscuro y mézclalos con la crema de maní, este paso es totalmente a gusto de cada quien, pero es muy rico así, y agregas componentes muy favorables a la crema.
Una vez que el pan este tostado unta un poco de la crema que preparaste y coloca bananos en rodajas, y ya esta, super sencillo y super rico!

Puedes acompañarlos con una taza de café con leche, o sólo con un vaso de leche, ambos le quedan genial.
