The health benefits of centilla asiatica.
I was recently asked by a colleague why I am always so spritely in the morning and during the afternoon when everyone else seemed to be winding down?
Truth be told, I’m a firm believer in having structure and a predetermined plan that is set out the day before.
In addition, my diet is such that I eat when my body requires it rather than traditional times that we we taught to eat.
But the most important part of my daily routine is the regular use of the herb Gotu Kola ( centilla asiatica)
3 petals a day in the morning shortly after waking from my sleep is the best time.
