Rapper Frej Larsson cleared of threat charges

Rapper Frej Larsson is completely cleared of charges of threats against a police in a rap song.
The court does not think there is enough evidence to tie him to the publication of an instagram post.
Regarding the song "Then she will be shot" the court thinks that the intent to serious violence cannot be proven.
"It is of course an entirely correct assessment by the court", Viktor Banke, Frej's lawyer says.
