Celsius network WARNING!
Many of you have tried, are trying or are thinking about trying Celsius network. Why not, you can't get that type of interest in the real world...... The real world.... Seems like Crypto is starting to merge with the real world with Paypal/Venmo news. Overstock has been taking crypto payments for years already... wall street has thier hands in crypto now for over a year... the Crypto is n the real world now more than ever.
Here is the warning..... If you have coins you want to transfer that are also on the Binance chain, do not use the Binance chain to transfer them to Celsius. You MUST USE the ERC20 transfer or you will not have access to your coins nor will you be credited your transfer. For example.... I took a modest 25 BUSD and transfered them over to Celsius but I chose the 3 cent Binance chain transfer instead of using the 3 dollar Erc20 or ETH transfer. Guess what, the coins are on the block chain but Celsius did not credit them to my account and I no longer have access to them.
They do not support Binance chain transfers at this time. I did ask them if they do begin support Binance Chain transfers would I have access then to the money I transferred. The rep said that it is a good possibility I will but they have no near term plans of doing so.
There are a number of cryptocurrencies on Binance Chain that you can transfer to Celsius network so remember you need to use the ETH transfer and not the cheaper Binance Chain transfer or you will be locked out of your funds.
All in all I think the network and interest are great great and competitive. Why have 5k sitting in savings at the bank when I can buy DAI, a stable coin that fluctuates very little and is always around 1$ give or take .008 of a cent, and earn 11% annually. There are no transfer fees with Celsius, and actually there are no fees at all from what I have seen. You can put your Chainlink (LINK) in there while you wait for it to go to 200 and earn 4% interest while it is rocketing.
