The Daily Celestial Challenge Initiated By @SirKnight Sunday: LIGHTS

I say Hello to all Steemians, I hope you are all doing well and are happy this beautiful Sunday morning. As you can see the Steem dollar is coming up again, after that disastrous crash few weeks back. The Theme for today's contest is Light. So I am delighted to write on moonlight

MOON-LIGHT

Moonlight is one of the mystries of God's creations. After God created light out of darkness, He felt that apart from the sun which lights up the daytimes, there was need to occasionally light up the nights as well.

So, He created the sun to shine over the the earth at nights. No wonder ( Wikipedia) described the moon as an astronomical body that orbits the planet earth, being Earth's only permanent satellite in the solar system, and the largest among plenetary among satellites relative to the size of the planet that it orbits.

I quite agreed with him, because the moon which is above the earth, millions of meters above, shines all over the world as a satellite, and can be viewed from one country to another at the same time.

Another mystery about the moon is the way it comes out at the begining, in small piece, later becomes full and well rounded. When it want to go, it start shrinking gradually, until it finally disappeared.

The importance of moonlight to us human beings cannot be over-stressed. It enable us to see at nights as if we are in the daytime. I remember, as a little boy we used to play and tell tales whenever the moonlight is shining. ( See pictures of moon light shines for your viewing delights. I leave you with love and happiness.
