Daily Celestial Challenge Friday: No Matter How Hard You Work Always Make Time For Your Loved Ones.

Today's Celestial challenge theme is about love, beauty and freedom. I will be dropping a little something about love.

Let me start this write up with a short story, the story is about a man who was always busy with job forgetting he had a beautiful wife to take care of. Whenever his wife tries to create time to talk or spend with him, he always gets a call from work leaving her alone and lonely.

On a particular day, his wife was talking to him about booking a restaurant so they could have brunch that weekend, their conversation went thus;

Wife: Hey!
Man: You alright!
Wife: Um! I wanted to go for brunch on Saturday. So I'm thinking we could book something. There's this really nice restaurant.
Man: Yeah!
Wife: I thought we could go -
Man: Hold on, one second

He was interrupted by his phone, it was from his office. He ran out, leaving his wife alone and lonely again without even finishing their conversation.
The next day at work, he got a call from a hospital

Doctor: Mr. Clark? Is that Mr. Daniel Clark?
Man: Yeah?
Doctor: This is Dr. Cohen from Kensington Chelsea hospital
Man: Yeah?
Doctor: I'm calling to inform you that this morning your wife was involved in a serious road accident. She passed away on route to the hospital and I regret to say there was absolutely nothing more we could've done.

He was devastated and cried home, he found a letter on the table from his wife, he was in tears as he read it;

Danny!
I've booked brunch on Saturday.
Can't wait! So excited!
I have good news!
P. S
I'm pregnant!

I hope this never happens to anyone but the truth is, that it does. It might not happen this way, but similar events always occur one way or the other when we neglect our loved ones. Often we are so engrossed in our work that we forget to value, appreciate and recognize those that we are actually working for. We get so wrapped up in our own lives, that we forget the people that make up our life.

I know people who regret the last words they said and others who never get to share how they genuinely feel. Whatever is taken for granted will eventually be taken away. That's when we end up missing the most, the person that we least appreciated. Because we never think that the last time will be the last time, we think we have more, but we don't. Focus on those that you really love!!

Your loved ones are priceless, always find time in your busy schedule to show them how much you love them and how important they are to you.
