Most of us may already know if the butterfly undergoes a life cycle called metamorphosis. Each phase always produces a different form. Starting from the intangible phase of the egg, then hatch into a caterpillar and eat the leaves that are around it. After that the caterpillar will bear fruit so krisalid or what we often call a cocoon. Did we know that when the cocoon phase, butterfly candidate will fast for several weeks? Then when the time comes, the butterfly will break the skin of the cocoon and start learning to fly. Often we encounter insects similar to butterflies. Both have wings and antennas. But what we see is actually a moth, or in English called a moth. Butterflies are still an order with moths, but different families.
The fundamental difference between butterflies and moths can be seen from the wings. Butterflies have wings that are brighter, while moths are darker. The abdomen or the butterfly's stomach is slimmer and longer than the larger and shorter moths. Another thing that makes it easy to distinguish between moths and butterflies is the timing out. Butterflies like the moths are moth like to live at night. Finally, during the caterpillar phase, the hair of the butterfly caterpillar is rougher even like a small needle while the moth caterpillar is smoother but if it concerns the hand itch more.
