Timubo Cave. Camotes Islands, Cebu, Philippines

Hey! Let's talk about another destination that’s worth experiencing whether you’re with a love one or your friends or your family. I have heard about this place a lot and became very interested of its secluded yet romantic fresh water pool inside a CAVE I might add.

It is located in a farm in Camotes Island Cebu City Philippines. Though there might be tons of caves found in Philippines is would be pretty different since it is located in a middle of a farm, the entrance or the cave itself is not that visible which makes it pretty excited yet creepy feeling.

The Timubo Cave as well holds a significance to its locals of barangay Sonog and the neighboring barangays since the cave has the source of water supply for washing and cooking foods as well as drinking.

Upon entering the cave, you’d notice the medium opening where you’d be leaded to the long winding staircase.

Please do take note that you'd be advised that if you're claustrophobic or has a heart problem , asthma that you'd be advised not to go into the cave.

The rock formations that you'd be seeing in the cave is already amazing as is.

You'll then be able to see a small grotto and the fresh water that you could swim around with right in front of it. PS! It could have some sharp rocks so be very careful.
