Weldon running CDC is a concern.

Both the CDC director and HHS secretary have a lot of unilateral authority to override people below them. And unfortunately Trump has nominated two extremely unfit candidates for these positions.

The CDC director will now be a Senate confirmed position, but I don't have high hopes Senate Republicans will vote against Weldon.
