i only used it for 1 total day so far. the first day i used to the recommended dosage and i felt pretty calm . im going to try to use less amount first and see if helps me the same and then ill move up to recommended dosage if lower doses aint working.
i have high anxiety and back pain and lots of random other shit. hope this at least gives me some relief.
I have a chronic back pain too and CBD oil works well for me, but I have to take quite a dose. At 4/5% concentration I take 15-20 drops.
im new to this. 1ml is the full dropper or just the how much typically sits in the dropper when you squeeze it?? i think i counted about 25 or so drops.
Count the drops, this is the best way.
