These Are a Few of Their Favorite Things
My little monsters have no use for fancy cat toys. These well-worn beauties are truly their favorite things to play with. At any given time, we can usually only locate one of them. And that’s often in the bed. Max prefers presenting me with shiny baubles rather than dead stuff. No...the dead stuff he actually eats.
Imagine the pandemonium that ensued when I gathered these all together. I’d have shot photos of the afterparty but I was too busy having fun. 😸
Another favorite pastime around here is window shopping for birds. Here’s Maxi, our serious little man...
And here he is with his sister Cassie, taking a break from checking out the talent to pose for mom.
And finally, no expose' about favorite things would be complete around here without a good stalking shot. Behold: The Mighty Huntress!
Happy Caturday 😻

My first two cats played with toys and loved similar things to yours. None of my current cats play with toys. They do play, but no toys. Perhaps it is because most of them are born feral. I have no idea why
Feral probably has a lot to do with it. But I think it’s also a personality thing. I’ve had many domestic cats who’ve had zero interest in the human construct of toys.
