Catnip Crime Caturday

Two catburglers have been caught red pawed on CCTV trying to steal a tub of catnip from a kitchen cupboard.

It has not yet been established how they have gained entry to the cupboard, however no damage has been caused upon entry.

The tub of catnip was left on the kitchen floor and has since been recovered. It is largely undamaged, par a a couple of teethmarks on the lid; the latter will be sent for forensic examination.

The offending kitties made off from the crime scene. They are described as looking like they are wearing tuxedos. Please report any sightings of the offending felines to the Kittyville police department.

Residents in the area have been advised to keep their kitchen cupboards locked at all times, in order to prevent any future burglaries.
