PASTEL DE CALABAZA
Buenas tardes amigos hoy les traigo un rico y delicioso pastel de calabaza, debes aprovechar de hacerlo es muy fácil y económico para preparar.
INGREDIENTES:
4 Cucharada de harina de trigo
1/2 taza de azúcar morena
2 tazas de puré de calabaza
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de vainilla
2 cucharada de melaza
1 1/2 taza de leche evaporada
1/2 cucharadita de canela
PREPARACIÓN:
Dore ligeramente la harina y luego mezcle con azúcar y agregue la calabaza por ultimo añada los demás ingredientes.
Vierta en un molde con concha para pastel sin hornear. Hornee por 30 o 40 segundos hasta que este firme y dorado.
