Saludable y rica ensalada de espinacas es muy nutritiva y sana, prueba y veras toda la energía que te trasmite a tu organismo.
INGREDIENTES
Una cebolla
Una lechuga
100 Gramos de hojas de espinacas
Aceite, jugo de limón y sal
PREPARACIÓN
Corte la lechuga y la espinaca bien limpias, ligue luego con el aceite y el jugo de limón, por ultimo sazone con la sal.
