DELICIOSO TEMBLEQUE
Que bueno que en este medio de comunicación se puedan dar recetas muy buenas , amigos, así, que puedes probar haciendo este rico tembleque.
INGREDIENTES:
2 tazas de coco rallado
agua caliente
1/2 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de maizena
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de vainilla
PREPARACIÓN:
Primeramente debe agregar el coco rallado al agua, y exprimir varias veces para que salga unas 4 tazas de leche,
Mezcle la maizena con azúcar y añada la sal, agregue la leche y cocine a fuego lento moviendo constantemente, cuando esta mezcla espese añada la vainilla.
Vierta en taza humedecida y deje enfriar.
Saque del molde y sirva con canela en polvo o con frutas en almíbar o salsa de chocolate.
