That's pretty insane to have a bitcoin card and some rewards on top to sweeten the deal.
yes, now, you do have to send or spend your first $5 to get that $5 but I assume most people here will be using the Bitcoin feature as soon as they get it. I will post results when I start getting some referral bonuses, I have gotten one so far last week.
