MODERN TECHNOLOGY in cars...a BAD thing?!?!

I'm not going to come on here and claim to not enjoy the amazing new technology that we have available in cars today, but I'm going to talk about something that many of you may not have put much thought into, something that I've been thinking for awhile.

The fact of the matter is that the technology that we've all come to love, is simply taking away from the driving experience. I mean, have you ever driven' an "oldie", a car made before all that technology? Those cars that didn't have all that technology, still maintain a better driving experience then most cars today. The reason for that is because the very things that we think are adding to the driving experience, are really just distractions.

Now, I'm not saying that those things, like touch screens and backup cameras, aren't helpful, because they definitely are. What I am saying is that everyone should experience what true driving really feels like....without the distractions.
