Friday Madness - Mazda RX7 FD3S Spirit R or R34 GT-R VSpec II Giveaway
Right.... I'm having a bit of a moment here... I'm going to ask you all a very important question with regards to two iconic Japanese cars.
No this isn't a real giveaway
Let's say someone gave you a Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R Vspec II or a Mazda RX7 FD3S Spirit R, each with 40,000km and in tip top standard mechanical specification.
You could do anything you like with these cars as you could own one of them BUT....
Yeah it's a big BUT!
Everytime you drive the car there is Euro Beat playing at 75% volume, you aren't able to switch it off and it's on loop. FOREVER! More specifically it's one single song... This one...
Speedy Speed Boy.... Yes I think I'm going mad, JDM Overload to the max
So what would you do would, you take either of the cars? Both have the music playing? What's your thoughts on it all? You can't sell them and buy a new one, You'll have to live with Speedy Speed Boy
Here's what I'd do, I'd run a screamer pipe into the cabin... I'd likely die from smoke inhalation but at least I'll go down with Speedy Speed Boy

No doubt - yes to the R34.
Run screamer pipe straight through the hood by the windscreen, and carry on with life as usual. Music problem solved.
I'd wear ear defenders, like my mate has to in his time attack RX-7. And I would take the R34 as I would like 1000BHP
I'd also take the the 34, have someone drive it to the track and I'd race it a few minutes a time
Noise cancelling headphones 🎧 job done. I think I would take the GTR, just for a change, although a Spirit R is soooo tempting, and super rare.

The FD with a Monster Port (or a Monster Ported 20B in place of the 13BTT) would be more than enough to solve any noise problem involving speedy boys..
