MY CAREER

Dreams are thought to be visions that are brought to reality by dedication, devotion and hardwork. As a purported future leader, the time to programme a brighter tomorrow is now. I have decided to contribute my quota to the development of this great nation by achieving great landmarks in my career

My career provides a platform for me to meet with the relatively down-trodden, socially disabled, physically-ailed and mentally challenged citizens. Touching the lives of these people positively is no doubt a huge task to accomplish, but it's one for the future, and i hope to have a relatively, easy-working environment to achieve my dreams and goals for the betterment of the nation

In a knowledge-driven world, we cannot over invest in security, science and technology, to the neglect of education which is the bedrock of development in any given society. I believe in myself, that's why i am critically analytical when and where necessary

For too long, we have used borrowed and received external indicators and scales to condemn ourselves and thereby, we are easily condemned by others. Doing nothing is not an option. John Kennedy told the American public: "ask what you can do for your country and not what your country can do for you".

Everyone has an obligation to see to the development of his or her nation. My career is my gateway to that. However, if i am to achieve all these targets, i have to br honest with myself, and these includes the travails that tail my educational journey.

The bad oats we sow today will bring forth poor harvests tomorrow, unless we determinedly put a step to the notion and practices of employing intellectual prostitutes and mercenaries in our school system. If we fail to do so, the brain child of my career, and those of other patriotic minded student might not see the light of day. I am careful to shun all unscholarly vices that may hinder the progress of my career

With my career, i will chart a new course to development, integrity, excellence, professionalism and recognition of humanitarian services. With my career, the choice is mine to either remain a perpetual consumer, or a robust one whose growth is dictated by advancement learning, through the pursuit and acquisition of unblemished knowledge. A man without a vision is a dead man. A vision without a career is like building a house with no doors. My career is the rewarding hurdle to reach the peak of my greatest targets
