Where are you entertaining fear? I get it. There are a lot of fear narratives being perpetuated, lately. But fear is insidious and wrecks havoc on your life. Today's message encourages you to look-see where you cede your power to the voices "out there", with all the attendant fear. Everything that is unlike LOVE has the potential to add to the fear you may be carrying. Check out your anger, shame, guilt, anxiety and worry, which feed fear and drain your life energy. Instead of fear, utilize the other big 'F' -- Forgiveness -- and begin to heal. Add to the love-peace-joy vibe, and not the suffering of this-here world.
