The SSC Tuatara
The 1750Hp, 5.9l twin-turbocharged V8 rocketship!!
I remember several years ago, my father bought a calendar for me, and in this calendar was a bunch of concept supercars, 2 of which really stood out to me. My Birth Month is September and the car that was displayed in September was the SSC Tuatara! This car instantly became my favorite car and it was the only thing I spoke about for several weeks after that, but as time went by I completely forgot about it... Recently, I was playing a game on my phone and one of the events being held in the game was all about the SSC Tuatara, so I decided to go and do some research and show all of you guys too!!
SSC initially created this car to destroy speeds that no other cars are able to reach. They designed this car in 2011 and set a goal of 300mph (483km/h). The Koenigsegg Agera RS has been the fastest car to this day, scoring a whopping 285 mph (458km/h). SSC scheduled their rocketship to be built and sold in 2019 and guess what, that's anywhere around us right now, we will just have to wait and see if that car is able to reach their speed goals!!
I have never heard of this car before, but I agree it looks spectacular, and the performance is mind boggling!!
I would love this car in my garage!!
