Here is one of my super quick flips! One week turn around.

I do a lot of different things. I was going through some pictures and found this. Old POS honda civic. I found it on craigslist listed for $500. Me and my buddy went and looked at it. It wouldn't start, He thought it was a big issue and he just needed it gone and he needed the money. So I bought it for $200. Towed it home started doing some troubleshooting. Going through and checking fuel, spark and air. I narrowed it down to a coil pack. Got over night shipping and got the new coil pack in quick. 2 screws later car starts. Did some basic clean up to it, and listed it for $1500. That day someone came and looked at it and bought it for $1200. So after parts and gas I was maybe $300-350 into it. I love those type of flips. Under a week for a couple easy hours of work!
