USA 2017 - capitalism, which does not cope with its tasks

In the year 1936, when the world celebrated 200 years of the United States, a paper note was issued with a face value of 2 USD. The circulation of this note is valid to the present day, but it is almost impossible to meet it. To get such a bill, any numismatist dreams, and its value among money collectors is much higher than the official two dollar denomination. At the same time, the world press presented many publications assessing the world significance of US education and their influence on the world.
Let the reader forgive me a note about the time of issuing a banknote at 2 USD. However, I see the connection of that time with the present and try to explain this relationship.
Today, print and electronic media are raising information and propaganda noise, which is full of publications, one way or another referring to the theme of the century since the October Revolution in Russia. They analyze and evaluate events that have affected the world political system. The events connected with the two world wars - the first and second, postwar reconstruction of the USSR, its subsequent development and significance in the world, which ended with the final disintegration and reformatting of the USSR into a number of sovereign states existing in the conditions of the modern capitalist world order, including Russia The Federation is also occupied by Russia.
Taking all this into account, it seems to us appropriate to recall the answer that Karl Marx, who never visited the US, gave a question about when a socialist revolution could take place in the United States. It seems that such a question was asked of him by a correspondent of some newspaper and Karl Marx replied approximately like this: - And why the Americans have a socialist revolution? Their capitalism, even without a revolution, copes with its tasks perfectly.

I think the answer will be ambiguous and close to negative.

As for the United States, many experts consider it possible to lose the status of "Superpower", and some argue that it has already happened.
The conflict between Donald Trump and the bureaucratic apparatus of the White House, which is being discussed by all media, is already perceived as a "Parable in the Lanterns" imposed in the teeth.
A lot of the polarity of the world in the 21st century is a fact not to be questioned. There is also a long-standing assertion about the absence of allies in playing on the field of foreign policy. Here there are only interests that each have their own, so conflicts are inevitable. Consequently, and this is well understood by the political leadership of the Russian Federation and effectively acts in the right direction, the main task of the state is to create conditions and provide the relevant services and units with an opportunity to out-step the appropriate counteraction to any threats directed against the country to its national interests.
