Legalizing Cannabis in NY just got really funny...

Only in New York would this happen, with two days till the gov't summer vacation, a 4th Cannabis Bill has been proposed. Wow, the last one, created in mid-May 2019 was a long shot documenting 109 pages. Now this? Any NYers out there or even Cannabis advocates? Are y'all following this????
