CANNABIS LEAVES 🍃 Many growers typically throw away the leaves during the herb cultivation process. Saving them is a great way to minimize waste and infuse the body with healthy vitamins, minerals & phytochemicals (compounds that only occur in plants)
I'm going to juice them raw and make some healing cannabis juice 🍵
No, this will not get me "high". Putting the flowers to heat alters the chemicals and creates the "high" effect by altering the cannabinoid THCA into what we know commonly know as THC. By consuming the plant raw, I am ingesting raw THCA & CBDA, giving my body the benefits of the original acids of the cannabis plant without the psychoactive effects of putting it to heat. No heat means no chemical changes to the cannabinoids & the nutrients are not released & killed.
Smoking the plant does provide medical therapy in many ways. But juicing raw cannabis can help prevent health issues before they even arise.

❓So what's it good for?
Hemp is a complete protein (it contains all nine of the essential amino acids)!
It's a good source of all 3 omega fatty acids, iron, magnesium, manganese, B vitamins & zinc.
Consuming raw cannabis has proven to reduce inflammation, improve heart health, reduce pms & menopause symptoms, improve memory, assist immune system function & improve bone health. 🔅Many people have claimed that cannabis juice successfully treated their autoimmune diseases! 🌿The CBDA in raw cannabis is also known to be a powerful painkiller & antioxidant.

❗️I received these leaves from an anonymous source so please don't ask me where to get them. If you're interested in juicing raw cannabis leaves and you live in a legal growing state, reach out to a grower! Or even your local dispensary! Just make sure they're organic & not treated with pesticides. .

Here's the video of my opinion on smoking cannabis as a nutritionist:

Wow! I had no idea. Thanks for sharing this! Resteeming.

This is relevant to my interests.

Interesting information on cannabis. I didn't know it could have so many health benefits. Thanks for sharing!

"Consume with caution" is the best advice you can give people who want to try food with marijuana.
No matter if you are preparing cereal in the communal kitchen in the Dorm or buy a hemp Lollipop while on tour in Colorado, you never know for sure how much marijuana will now find itself in your body. A full-on grass come up on his only a few hours and shove will be long and hard.
The use of marijuana in food is a great way to get positive energy in public places or in a company that does not approve of "junkies". In addition, a single dose of herbs in food and is very convenient to have a few hours to rid itself of sickness if you are sick, or to, from your sofa to overpower half a season of "Game of thrones". It is also a preferred method of use for those who use marijuana for medical purposes, and those who do not like to smoke.
Here are three things to consider before trying products with marijuana for the first time.

  1. Eaten marijuana is stronger than smoked
The body is a great mystery, and his reaction to marijuana is no exception.
It is believed that when THC enters the body through the stomach, it is converted by the liver into a substance twice as strong and long lasting. Because the proponents of this theory is silent about what the substance in question, we assume it's just speculation.
It is known that through the stomach THC enters the bloodstream much slower than via the lungs.
"When Smoking peak blood levels are achieved after 3-10 minutes, and in the use of herbs in food, only in 1-3 hours," explained Forbes Franson Kari (Kari Franson), a clinical pharmacologist and associate Dean Department of clinical pharmacy at the University of Colorado.
Since the beginning of the effect so seamed, people often eat the excess. If you didn't feel anything after the first dose, wait at least two hours before catch up.

  2. Always read the instructions on the label (or listen to the one who organized you snapping)
Not everyone is lucky enough to live where marijuana is sold legally in stores and pharmacies (though the situation is changing rapidly). However, if you got edible marijuana, with a warning, five seconds spent on the reading of the composition, can mean the difference between a good trip and the worst nightmare in your life.
Serious manufacturers always test their products in laboratories and indicate on the label the contents of two important components: THC, a psychoactive compound of marijuana, and CBD, or CBD, a substance that "doesn't narrow head", but has a number of medicinal properties. The THC content is the indicator that can best tell you how high you will fly.
Studies show that these labels are inaccurate, but it's better than nothing.
Five milligrams of THC - a good reference for novice users. So says the Council for responsible consumption of products with marijuana Oregon. This dose should be followed for those adults who don't know their tolerance.

  3. Even if you move, everything will be fine
If the heart begins to pound, hands tremble and dance in the shower squatting Panic and Paranoia, it is useful to remember that there is no reported case of a lethal overdose of marijuana. No.
"The good news is that even if you ate too much grass, it's not fatal, told Business Insider Kim Geraghty (Kim Geraghty), one of the founders of the Madame Munchie, whose cookies with cannabis recently took the award for best dessert at the festival Hempcon. - And yet the feeling is very unpleasant."
But there are things you can do to distract yourself from thoughts of "Well, scribe!"
"Remind yourself that you are safe, and as your temporarily, writes David Smader (David Schmader) in his wonderful book "Grass: a user's Guide" - Surround yourself with things that are associated with security. (If it means lying in pajamas in bed, so be it)".
Drink water to avoid dehydration and eat something - preferably something which does not need to step up to the plate to raise their level of blood sugar. Call a friend and ask him to sit with you or, at worst, Google the stories about overdose other poor fellows, and maybe you will feel better.
