Ohio medical marijuana
The committee in Ohio has until Sept 8th 2017 for all HB523 regulations to be in place. What does this mean for Ohio patients and doctors. Well the trust is we do not know yet. THe committee wants a comparable comprehensive bill for Ohio, but ignores the need of patients. Currently, affirmative defense is available, considered the get out of jail free card, but does not apply to flower.
