I live in Colorado, anyone over 21 can buy cannabis at any dispensary already. :)
Anyone over 21 can grow 6 plants, 3 in flower. 2 adults? 12 plants, and so on.
Anyone over 21 can keep all the cannabis they grow, regardless of amount. (Yes, you can now store dangerous amounts of cannabis, dangerous if it falls on you!)
Anyone over 21 can carry 1oz. of cannabis (0.0283495kgs), hash, oil, shatter, you name it.
Anyone over 21 can freely give anyone else over 21, up to 1oz of cannabis.
It's a great place to live right now, tolerance and better health are way up. :) The economy is booming from cannabis and all the massive numbers of supporting industries. Crazy cool :)
