Just some new shots of the half ripe buds

This is how the Blueberry is coming along.
Its NOT a highly domesticated (bred for yield and potency) strain.
Notice the sparseness of the hairs. Most wild strains will have a density similar to this.
All strains I grew early on, from 1990 - 1993 looked about the same as these Blueberry buds.

By 1993, a friend had received seeds packaged in a 'cassette tape' from Holland.
He tried playing it, and the tape was dragging slow; he figured there was something packed inside.
No note, just a dozen seeds in a tiny segment of a drinking straw (ends melted together), placed inside the casing of the cassette tape.
That unknown strain had Ruderalis bred into it for its auto flowering attributes.
We grew those seeds, and I was amazed at how DENSE the hairs were.
Definitely a big difference between a wilder breed and a highly domesticated strain, bred for yield.

I am also now growing Dr Kripling's The Incredible Bulk.
This breed exhibits a higher density of flowers, reminds me of that unknown breed from the cassette tape!
