Yep that is the sad reality, at least here in Finland. I believe there are places in the world who probably came up with the same conclusion as we did, and therefore legalized cannabis atleast for medical useage.
As fas as I've understood, medical cannabis is legal in Finland but they don't deal them out?
It's a common problem and it's easier to get illegal cannabis than the one used only for medication, but even the completely regular cannabis shouldbe made legal which could help to make it easier to get medical cannabis for those who don't want to get high.
To some degree it is legal for medical use, but I belive it is not too common here in Finland
