The battle over cannabis in the u.s. is going to be a state-by-state basis. Once the overwhelming majority is in favor (if they aren't already) those in power won't be able to stop it. The floodgates are already opening and it will be legal on a federal level I feel within the decade. Either way great post I hope Texas comes into the market strong!
